1. Toepasselijkheid

• Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle opvangdiensten van Adventure Kids Curaçao Foundation / Adventure Kids Afterschool Club (hierna: “Adventure Kids”).
• Door een kind deel te laten nemen aan de opvang, verklaren ouder(s)/verzorger(s) automatisch akkoord te gaan met deze voorwaarden.
• Adventure Kids behoudt zich het recht voor deze voorwaarden te wijzigen. Wijzigingen worden minimaal 1 maand van tevoren gecommuniceerd.

2. Openingstijden

• De opvang is geopend van 12:30 tot 18:00, van maandag t/m vrijdag, tenzij anders gecommuniceerd (bijv. feestdagen of speciale activiteiten).

3. Tarieven & Betaling

• De tarieven zijn afhankelijk van de situatie van het kind/gezin en worden individueel besproken met ouder(s). __________________________ (ruimte om het tarief later in te vullen)
• Betaling gebeurt vooraf, volgens de door Adventure Kids aangegeven betaalwijze. (Cash of online op rekening nummer van Banco di Caribe).
• Bij te late betaling kan Adventure Kids: extra kosten in rekening brengen, of opvang tijdelijk opschorten totdat betaling is voldaan.
• Afwezigheid door ziekte, vakantie of andere omstandigheden geeft geen recht op korting of restitutie.
• Adventure Kids kan een extra bijdrage vragen voor uitstapjes, activiteiten of speciale evenementen.

4. Maaltijden & Snacks

• Kinderen ontvangen dagelijks een warme maaltijd.
• Daarnaast biedt Adventure Kids snacks aan, zoals brood, fruit of koekjes.
• Eventuele allergieën of dieetwensen moeten door ouders vooraf worden doorgegeven.

5. Huiswerkbegeleiding

• Huiswerkbegeleiding vindt plaats op maandag t/m donderdag van 14:00 tot 16:00.
• Adventure Kids ondersteunt de kinderen, maar eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het huiswerk blijft bij de ouders.

6. Pedagogisch Beleid – DOR (Discipline, Orde en Respect)

• Adventure Kids werkt volgens het DOR-beleid: Discipline, Orde en Respect.
• Kinderen leren dat hun gedrag gevolgen heeft, zowel positief als negatief.
• Medewerkers mogen corrigerende maatregelen treffen die passen binnen dit beleid en nodig zijn om veiligheid en structuur te bewaren.

7. Aanmelding en Verzekering

• Ouders dienen bij inschrijving een kopie van het verzekeringsbewijs van het kind in te leveren.
• Ouders zijn verplicht voor het kind een aansprakelijkheidsverzekering af te sluiten en een bewijs daarvan te tonen bij inschrijving.
• Adventure Kids verleent geen verzekering voor de kinderen.
• De BSO is niet aansprakelijk voor:
  • schade aan eigendommen van het kind,
  • verlies of diefstal van persoonlijke spullen,
  • schade veroorzaakt door het kind aan anderen of aan materiaal.

 8. Ziekte & Gezondheid

• Kinderen met koorts, besmettelijke ziekten of ernstige symptomen kunnen niet deelnemen aan de opvang.
• Ouders moeten Adventure Kids informeren bij besmettelijke ziekte.
• Medicatie wordt uitsluitend toegediend met schriftelijke toestemming van ouders.

9. Brengen & Halen

• Ouders zorgen dat kinderen tijdig worden gebracht en gehaald.
• Kinderen worden alleen meegegeven aan personen die vooraf door ouders zijn opgegeven.
• Te laat ophalen kan extra kosten met zich meebrengen.

10. Veiligheid en Gedrag

• Adventure Kids streeft naar een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving.
• Bij herhaald grensoverschrijdend gedrag of situaties waarbij de veiligheid niet kan worden gegarandeerd, kan Adventure Kids besluiten de opvang voor het kind tijdelijk of permanent te beëindigen.

11. Aansprakelijkheid

• Adventure Kids is verzekerd voor wettelijke aansprakelijkheid binnen de grenzen van haar eigen verzekeringspolis.
• Adventure Kids is niet aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door of aan het kind, of door onjuiste informatie verstrekt door ouders.
• De BSO is tevens niet aansprakelijk voor schade als gevolg van overmachtssituaties (bijv. stroomuitval, extreme weersomstandigheden).

12. Privacy & Gegevensverwerking

• Persoonsgegevens van kinderen en ouders worden vertrouwelijk behandeld volgens geldende privacyrichtlijnen.
• Foto’s en video’s worden uitsluitend gebruikt met toestemming van ouders, tenzij voor interne verslaglegging.

13. Klachtenregeling

• Klachten kunnen mondeling of schriftelijk worden ingediend bij de leiding van Adventure Kids. Klachtenformulier kan aan de begeleiders van de BSO gevraagd worden.
• Indien een klacht niet naar tevredenheid wordt opgelost, kan externe bemiddeling worden ingezet.

14. Beëindiging van Deelname

• Ouders kunnen opvang stopzetten met een opzegtermijn van 1 week, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
• Adventure Kids kan deelname beëindigen bij:
  • betalingsachterstand,
  • niet naleven van regels,
  • herhaald ongewenst gedrag van het kind,
  • een onveilige situatie.

15. Tepeelike Recht
Op deze Algemene Voorwaarden is het recht van Curaçao en de organisatie van toepassing.

1. Applicability
• These Terms and Conditions apply to all daycare services provided by Adventure Kids Curaçao Foundation / Adventure Kids Afterschool Club (hereinafter: “Adventure Kids”).
• By allowing a child to participate in the daycare, parent(s)/carer(s) automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
• Adventure Kids reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated at least 1 month in advance.
2. Opening hours
• Daycare is open from 12:30 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise communicated (e.g. holidays or special activities).
3. Rates & Payment
• Rates depend on the child/family situation and are discussed individually with parent(s). __________________________ (space to fill in rate later)
• Payment will be made in advance, according to the payment methods specified by Adventure Kids. (Cash or online on Banco di Caribe account number).
• In the case of late payment, Adventure Kids may: charge additional fees, or temporarily suspend daycare until payment is made.
• Absence due to illness, vacation, or other circumstances does not entitle you to a discount or refund.
• Adventure Kids may request an additional contribution for trips, activities or special events.
4. Meals & Snacks
• Children receive a hot meal daily.
• In addition, Adventure Kids offers snacks such as bread, fruit or cookies.
• Any allergies or dietary preferences should be communicated to parents in advance.
5. Homework Guidance
• Homework guidance takes place Monday through Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m.

• Parents must inform Adventure Kids in case of infectious disease.
• Medication is administered only with written parental consent.
9. Bring & Hold
• Parents ensure that children are dropped off and picked up on time.
• Children will only be accompanied by persons given in advance by parents.
• Late pickup may incur additional charges.
10. Safety and Conduct
• Adventure Kids strives for a safe and structured environment.
• In the event of repeated transgressive behavior or situations where safety cannot be guaranteed, Adventure Kids may decide to temporarily or permanently terminate the child’s daycare.
11. Liability
• Adventure Kids is insured for statutory liability within the limits of its own insurance policy.
• Adventure Kids is not liable for any damage caused by or to the child, or due to incorrect information provided by parents.
• The BSO is also not liable for damages due to power outages (e.g. power failure, extreme weather conditions).
12. Privacy & Data Processing
• Personal data of children and adults are treated confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy guidelines.
• Photographs and videos are used exclusively with parental permission unless for internal record keeping.
13. Complaints Regulation
• Complaints may be made orally or in writing to Adventure Kids management. Complaint form can be requested from the supervisors of the BSO.
• If a complaint is not resolved to satisfaction, external mediation may be engaged.
14. Termination of Participation
• Parents may discontinue childcare with 1 week notice unless otherwise agreed.
• Adventure Kids may terminate participation at:
o payment arrears,
o not following rules,
o repeated unwanted child behavior,
o an unsafe situation.
15. Cemetery Right
The law of Curaçao and the organization shall apply to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Orientación con las tareas
La orientación con las tareas se realiza de lunes a jueves de 2 p. m. a 4 p. m.
